No, the Mastery Programme is part of our onboarding process to ensure all new teachers meet our teaching standards. We’ll also be providing a training remuneration for all trainees.
No, we understand that new teachers often face challenges when it comes to teaching. That’s why the Mastery Programme was designed to equip all new teachers with the skills and confidence to deliver our curriculum effectively, whether or not they have prior experience.
The training period lasts approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the trainees’ availability.
The Mastery Programme is tailored to each teacher’s teaching arrangement to ensure that training and guidance are relevant and effective. Teachers conducting physical classes at our branches are expected to attend in-person trainings, while those teaching online will attend virtual sessions accordingly.
